Due to the nature of Morgan production, there are some small differences between the information held within the parts books and the running changes that could have been made on the production line (particularly for older models). I’d like to make a parts enquiry, what information should I provide to Morgan to help with this?
We’d always welcome as much information as you can provide. Due to the nature of Morgan heritage parts, there can be subtle differences between models and years of production. If you could provide a model and year of production this will usually be enough, we can contact you to request more information if required.
Do Morgan Heritage Parts have a guarantee?
All parts are supplied with a guarantee for a 12 month period against defects in material or workmanship. This guarantee does not cover labour, failure due to incorrect fitting or misuse or failure of a related component. If goods are damaged while fitting, a credit or refund cannot be given.
How can I contact you?
Please visit the contact us page to send us a message, give us a call or drop us an email. It is also possible to visit the Morgan Heritage Parts counter at the Morgan factory in Malvern.
How soon will you reply to my parts enquiry?
Our opening hours are 0800 hours to 1630 hours Monday to Thursday and 0800 hours to 1330 hours on Fridays. We aim to respond to all enquirers same day.
How soon will you despatch my parts?
We will dispatch your parts the same day we receive payment. If the part you require is not available same day, we will let you know the expected lead time.
Can you send parts to my country?
We are the largest supplier of Morgan genuine parts worldwide and ship Morgan parts all over the world each week. Please let us know your full address at point of order. We can normally ship to any country, but if we have a restriction for your particular country we will let you know this. Please note that local sales tax (or VAT/IVA), customs clearing fees and duties will apply depending on your country.
Does Morgan Heritage Parts sell in my local currency?
All prices are quoted as GBP and VAT free. Only customers in the UK must pay the 20% added VAT.

We accept payment via credit or debit card including Visa and MasterCard. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment via American Express.
Credit/debit card payment
Both UK and overseas cards are acceptable – Visa, MasterCard are acceptable as a means of payment, sadly we cannot process American Express payments. Telephone orders may be made by UK and overseas customers using their credit/debit cards, but please also state the expiry date of card, cvc number and the address to which you want parts sent, if different from card registered address. For security and data compliance laws, these numbers are not retained by us.

Is it possible to purchase the original leather that would have been used in my car?
Unfortunately, we can only offer leather from our current production range, we may ask for a sample to match our current range.
Are you able to supply nuts, bolts and fixings?
Due to Russian steel sanctions and how it affects exports of steel products, we may not be able to supply certain fixings.
Is it possible to obtain technical drawings to allow me to manufacture my own parts?
We hope that you understand, but unfortunately this is not a service we offer.
I’m ordering from the UK, how will my items be delivered?
We use DHL for all deliveries. All parcels under 30kg and less than 100cm in length will have a charge of £13.00
Larger items will be quoted on an individual weight and measurement basis.
All deliveries are tracked by DHL and you will receive tracking information via email.I’m ordering from outside the UK, how will be items be delivered?
This will be quoted on an individual basis, using the most economical DHL service available. Please be aware you may need to pay duties or taxes imposed by your countries customs authority at time of delivery.
Now that the UK is no longer in the European Union, what tax and duties will need to be paid?
Now that we are no longer in the EU, there are some changes to the way you pay for your orders from us. We want to reassure all of our European customers that you can still benefit from our high-quality parts and customer service, without feeling like you are spending more money than you were before Brexit. You will now pay your own country’s VAT/IVA on all orders and there may be some customs fees from carriers.
From 1st July 2021, the EU will remove the €22 minimum for VAT exception. Meaning that every shipment to the EU will be subject to VAT. Please note that most shipments valued under €150 are not subject to Customs duties on arrival in the EU. This is separate to VAT and will continue to apply post 1 July 2021. To assist customs clearance, we ask you to please let us know your Tax ID (if available) when ordering.
What is your returns policy?
If the part(s) you’ve ordered are incorrect, please return it to us and we will refund you providing the part(s) abide by the following terms and conditions:
• Return within 14 days
• Item must be in original packaging
• Item must be re-saleable
• We are unable to refund the original carriage costs or cover the cost for the item(s) to be sent back to us (unless the return is due to a fault or incorrect item)

If your goods are being returned from overseas – please email heritage@morgan-motor.co.uk (need to check email address) before you return the items. For specially manufactured order items which we would not normally carry in stock, we are unable to take these back for a refund.
